She also has been very responsive to my emails. She did an amazing job as far as having to be the "middle guy" between myself, my loan officer and the seller. I, personally felt the seller (Bank) was a little difficult but Lisa always kept me updated on the current status of whatever issue we were dealing with. She always remained very informational, pleasant and professional as well. I have to say I began to become frustrated with the whole process and may have voiced my frustrations towards Lisa when in fact it was the whole process itself that was tiring, but Lisa understood my frustrations and still remained very supportive.

The experience with Lisa and Erin and Coldwell Banker Preferred made this whole process a lot more bearable. I want to thank you ladies once again for all your help and I wish you both much success!
