Real Estate Agent - Buyer Specialist

Experienced buyers agents licensed in PA needed immediately to join a small but very busy team. Key position will be given 100-200 immediate leads. Only two agents that want to take their career in a more lucrative entrepreneurial direction will be chosen. Training on how to increase listings will be provided for the right candidate.

Do you have 2-3 years experience as a buyers agent? Want to be provided 50 to 100 leads per week? Want to learn how to increase capturing seller business? We can provide the training and atmosphere to grow your business. Ability to hire a JR team member or bring partners with you. Youll be able to create your own business within a very established business.

Job Responsibilities

• Must cultivate and handle all buyer leads provided.
• Provide the best service to all clients.
• Work towards establishing a listing surplus.
• Create in house sales opportunities.
• Handle all buyer side deals using in house systems and preferred mortgage and title companies.
• Prospect for both commercial and residential deals.
• Hold open houses, workshops, tours, buyers seminars.
• Work diligently towards creating your own team.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in PA.
• Must have 2 or more years experience as a buyers agent.
• NJ license a plus or the willingness to expand in the future.
• Must understand the process of deposit to close.
• Must be ethical, reliable and driven.
• Some evenings and weekends are a must.
