DISCOVER QUEEN VILLAGE REAL ESTATE

Queen Village is a neighborhood in Pennsylvania which lies along the eastern side of Philadelphia. It shares boundaries with Pennsport to the south, Bella Vista to the west, and Society Hill to the north.

Though the population began to decline post Second World War when many families left the confines of the city in favor of the suburbs, there was a revival during the 1970s and 1980s when a number of anchor businesses ventured into the area, among them being The Theater of the Living Arts. More latterly, Queen Village has witnessed new construction works, rehabilitation, and extensive redevelopment.

There are no less than 800 buildings in Queen Village that are listed on the Philadelphia Historical Register.
